Marauders PC

Marauders is a tactical shooter set in dieselpunk world. Game was developed by Small Impact Games, team known from The Black Death.

Plot

One of the most interesting elements of Marauders is the reality. The game is set in an alternative version of the 1990s, in a reality where World War I never ended. The Earth was industrialized to such an extent that further development required the conquest of space.

Game mechanics

Marauders is an FPS, so the game revolves mainly around shooting. Players take the role of mercenaries who carry out boarding missions on space frigates. Their task is to get on board, steal valuable items and escape with the loot.

Frigate crews are controlled by AI, but during the game it is also necessary to fight with rival mercenary teams, controlled by other players. We engage in boarding the ship by ourselves or in three-person teams with other people. Apart from fights on the decks of frigates we also take part in star fights between ships.

The gameplay is driven by the constant development system, where progress is kept between battles. It allows to improve characters' abilities and equipment. An important role is also played by modifying our spaceship.

Game modes

Marauders is focused on online gameplay.

Technical aspects

The game offers attractive 3D graphics, whose main advantage is unusual dieselpunk style.
