In 2012, independent studio Flying Squirrel Entertainment delivered Mount & Blade: Warband - Napoleonic Wars, while in 2022 you could play its second creation, the multiplayer Battle Cry of Freedom. The third venture of this Dutch team, meanwhile, is Over the Top: WWI - a network action game set during World War I.

Gameplay

In Over the Top: WWI, events are viewed from a third-person perspective (TPP). The pillar of the gameplay is skirmishes involving up to 200 units. The game allows you to fight directly in the trenches, sow terror in the enemy ranks aboard a tank (capable of holding up to 11 crew members), as well as participate in sky battles at the controls of aircraft.
