Ironwood Studio achieved great success with the survival game Pacific Drive, which was released in February 2024. Initially, it was developed through updates and small paid content packs, but in the long run, the developers prepared a much larger story-based expansion - it is the Whispers in the Woods DLC described here.

New features in the expansion

The biggest novelty introduced in Pacific Drive: Whispers in the Woods is a new storyline, which we gain access to after the first few hours in the base version of the game. The story focuses on fanatics obsessed with anomalies, and completing it should take about 8-12 hours.

New area, artifacts

The expansion allows us to explore a new part of the Olympic Exclusion Zone forests, filled with strange symbols, dolls, and altars. We have to face the lurking dangers (led by previously unseen anomalies), uncover the secrets of this territory, and also acquire unique resources.
