Assembling a computer is a process that seems exciting to some, while others find it frightening. Simulation games dedicated to it are for the former an opportunity to polish their skills, while for the latter a way to overcome their fear. Among such productions is PC Maker, which is the work of independent studio SpeedWaGoon.
In PC Maker, we view events from a first-person perspective (FPP). The game allows us to choose components, which we then install in our computer - from the motherboard and processor, through RAM bones and finally the graphics card.
The components are licensed, so we are dealing with virtual equivalents of real products from real companies. We can decide to buy both new and used units (their condition does not affect the price).
After assembling the machine, we still have to install the operating system on it and put our creation to the ultimate test by testing it in various benchmarks. The results achieved in them reflect how powerful a piece of hardware we have managed to assemble.
It doesn't end there, as PC Maker also allows you to customize the entire room in which the computer is located. At our own discretion, we select decor elements, furniture and ornaments, transforming the room into a full-fledged office or an atmospheric "cave" of a gamer.
