In most cases we are playing as a character who has to defeat some enemies and reach a specific point. An official expansion for Painkiller, an FPS created by the Polish studio People Can Fly. Daniel Garner managed to defeat Lucifer but his throne was immediately taken by Alastor. The hero must pick up his weapons once again and face hordes from hell so he can finally defeat its new demonic ruler. The developers created ten new, complex maps for this expansion and each one of them has its unique style – during the game we visit, e.g. a demonic version of Stalingrad.

The player takes on the role of commander of the LA SWAT Team, which is given the task of suppressing the war of gangs, capturing criminals and restoring peace on the streets of Los Angeles. The creators foresaw 16 missions to complete and a rich arsenal of weapons that can be used to fight against virtual bandits. Work on the game was suspended in 2004.
