The next edition of the Ubisoft biathlon simulator, which, according to the adopted nomenclature, is called Biathlon 2005. In addition to the classic, recognized and accepted by the players solutions present in the previous edition, the creators prepared and implemented a set of new, fresh ideas.

Biathlon 2006: Go for Gold is another part of the unique Biathlon simulator series. As the date of the game's premiere coincided with the Winter Olympics in Turin, this part of Biathlon is in many ways unique - not surprisingly, however, it is difficult for a more successful period for games dealing with winter sports.

Although winter sport combining precise, demanding concentration and focus shooting with very strong and exhausting running is not a very frequent subject of computer games, it has a large number of fans all over the world and it is to them that the title is addressed.
