In 2022, the Polish teams Hyperstrange and CreativeForge Games, in collaboration with the studio Running with Scissors, successfully reminded players about the Postal brand. They released a boomer shooter on PC titled Postal: Brain Damaged. Over time, this game was ported for consoles, and eventually its creators decided to prepare an expansion titled Postal: Brain Damaged - These Sunny Daze.

New features in the expansion

Postal: Brain Damaged - These Sunny Daze does not introduce revolutionary changes and instead it just brings new content. After the events from the base version, the main character (Postal Dude) is resting, basking in the sun. The new president brutally interrupts his vacation, who is organizing a full-scale purge of redheads. As if that wasn't enough, his favorite arsenal is stolen by the vice president. The protagonist has no choice but to go into battle with the leader's supporters, improvising more along the way than ever before.
