Pro Cycling Manager 2019

Pro Cycling Manager 2019 is another installment of the popular series of cycling managers. The game was developed by Cyanide, the team responsible for all the previous parts of the series.

Mechanics

The game enables us to become a manager of a professional cycling team, competing during the 2019 season. The devs have obtained all the most important licenses. We can take part in more than 200 races, including such classics as the Tour de France, Tour of Flanders (also known as Ronde van Vlaanderen), Paris-Roubaix, Paris-Nice, Critérium du Dauphiné and Vuelta a Espana.

During the game we have to take care of the training of cyclists and organize their days, recruit new athletes and negotiate contracts with advertisers. An important role is played by the financial aspect, which forces us to balance expenses and revenues efficiently. During races we do not control the riders directly. Instead, the AI does it for us, and we only plan strategies and give orders to modify the behaviour of our subordinates.

Pro Cycling Manager 2019 emphasizes realism. The devs have faithfully recreated the capabilities of individual competitors and conditions on the tracks, and the game takes into account such aspects of racing as weather, slope or wind strength.

Game modes

A solo player can manage an entire cycling team in the Career mode or manage the fate of a single cyclist in the Pro Cyclist mode.

The game also offers multiplayer games in several different modes. A maximum of sixteen players can participate in an online competition at the same time.
