Loonworks Games is a one-person, independent development studio from Seattle, and the Prospector described here is its debut work. We are talking about a game on the border of strategy and simulation titles, in which we land on alien planets and build from scratch outposts exploiting their natural resources.

Gameplay

In Prospector the action is viewed from a top-down perspective. The gameplay takes place on the surfaces of globes, which are teeming with resources waiting to be extracted, as well as threats that we must face.

Constructing an automated complex

We start the fun by setting up a modest mining outpost, based on basic resources. By exploring the area, we gain access to new materials and also ancient relics. Thanks to this, as we progress, we can build increasingly advanced structures and create increasingly complex production chains.
