Rick Dangerous 2 PC

Although the game takes place in 1945, Rick Dangerous was equipped with a truly futuristic arsenal (probably a foreign technology was given to him). Traditional colt has been replaced by a weapon firing energetic bullets, while the old, good dynamite is its future version, able to move in the direction chosen by the player. This facility is also useful many times, as some enemies hide in tight niches and it becomes impossible to approach them conventionally. The game is divided into four big stages, which can be played without having to go through the previous ones. However, it will not pay off for the impatient, because only the completion of all the segments in turn will provide us with another, fifth, in which we will get rid of the main opponent, the cosmic coffin, and thus we will finish the game. As in the original, the difficulty level in Rick Dangerous 2 remains at a high level. Traps are of various kinds and much more fancy than before. Almost from the very beginning of the game, you will need to run a large number of switches. Some of them, however, are simple dummies, activating e.g. laser guns. Generally, you have to be careful and keep your eyes around your head.

Audio improvement is much better than in the original, mainly due to the possibility of using VGA graphics mode and Adlib sound card, to which no one will probably need to be specially persuaded. It is also worth noting that in Rick Dangerous 2 finally appeared the ability to define their own control keys, which was a nightmare of the predecessor.
