A third-person perspective action game developed by independent studio Team6 Game Studios. The developers were mostly inspired by the Road Rash series. The gameplay revolves around brutal bike races. The player is taken to the open world of fictional city of Ashen and takes on the role of a member of a biker gang. He is tasked with fighting for influence against other groups and eventually taking control of the whole territory.
Road Rage was released on, among other platforms, PC, XONE and PS4. The title is an action game developed by Team6 Game Studio. The developers were mostly inspired by the Road Rash series: their game revolves around violent motorcycle races.
In Road Rage for PC, XONE and PS4 the player is taken to the fictional city of Ashen. He assumes the role of a member of a motorcycle gang and he fights for influence with other groups in the area. The main objective of the game is to take control of the whole territory.
Road Rage is an action game with an open world. Ashen was divided into varied districts. In addition to places like Downtown that is crammed with skyscrapers, and Chinatown that is full of shops and cheap restaurants, the game world also contains forests and farms. The story campaign that consists of 42 main missions and 56 side missions is the main attraction of the game. The title concentrates on races in which the player must win – not necessarily by following the rules of fair play. Mangling enemies with melee weapons on is a regular thing in Road Rage. The player will also participate in escort missions – delivering packages in limited time – and in direct fights against other gangs. In addition to customizable motorcycles, the developers offer a wide variety of weapons – in combat the player can use crowbars, hooks, hammers, chains or other tools that enables the user to eliminate his competition. What’s interesting, the look and sex of the controlled character can also be customized.
The action in Road Rage for PC, XONE and PS4 is shown from a third-person perspective. The game has three-dimensional graphics of decent quality, and the races are accompanied by rock and metal music.

While Road Rage is too uneven to be a true Road Rash successor, it captures enough of the fun of motorcycle combat that made those games great. If you can ignore the dumb story, drab visuals, and lame soundtrack and just enjoy the smooth racing and brutal combat, you're bound to have a good time.

There's no dancing around it: Road Rage is terrible. From the gameplay mechanics to the presentation, nothing is done right, and every moment spent in the game makes you question why you have it in the first place. Unless you're Trophy-hunting, there are much better PS4 titles that are worthy of your time.
