In Road Truckers: New Beginning we drive in the open world and complete shipping assignments. Our company can keep growing and we can also develop our character and upgrade our truck.

The Road Studio team debuted on the industry map thanks to a truck simulator titled Alaskan Road Truckers. Although Road Truckers: New Beginning, one of the next projects of this Polish team, is also dedicated to the theme of heavy road transport, the developers this time decided to distinguish their work against similar productions by emphasizing RPG elements.

Adventure in Vale Rico

During the game we take on the role of a truck driver who ends up in the fictional Vale Rico in South America. Despite the fact that this small country is past its glory years, the transport company that we are opening can restore its former brilliance.

Open world and truck

The game provides us with an open world to explore. We can admire the landscapes, get to know its inhabitants, and carry out the missions they assign to us. Our means of transportation, and also our work tool, is a truck that we use to transport various loads.

Just like a character in a purebred RPG game, we can adapt our vehicle to individual needs and preferences, modifying its body and interior, as well as looking under the hood to replace the engine, brakes and other parts. The game allows us to use cruise control or engine braking when driving the truck. We can also open the windows on a hot day.

Business development and characters

The development of our truck business and its impact on the immediate environment is evidenced not only by the increasing number of zeros in our account, but also by the changes taking place in the world of the game. Thanks to us, old buildings are being renovated, and new facilities are being built from scratch.

Among the latter, the airport taken over by us takes the lead, which we are gradually turning into our command center. When in the HQ, we can set up workstations and carry out repairs and modifications or simply clean the truck.

A truck would be nothing without a driver, so we also need to take care of our character. From time to time our protagonist needs to sleep and eat, as well as treat the ailments he suffers from. In addition, we are developing their statistics, led by endurance and charisma.
