Mechanics

The game revolves around training a group of kids into a proper team able to emerge victorious in a soccer tournament. It is a turn-based strategy, requiring tactical sense from the player.

The game's free alpha version features a series of short sequences, thanks to which we can learn the basics of the gameplay, practicing different strategies on gridless maps (a gym or a school playing field). Each match is divided into turns, during which the controller characters have a limited number of moves. After running out of actions, we can end our turn and let the opponents proceed. In case we're second-guessing our course of action, we can undo our moves and redo them.

Game modes

The game supports singleplayer, in which we face off against the AI, or local and online multiplayer, the latter being available through Remote Play Together.

Technical aspects

The game features 3D visuals. Each soccer match is shown from the top-down perspective, while the rest of the game is first-person.
