The 9th Charnel

Saikat Deb Creations, an independent studio from India, was founded in 2023. The team introduced itself to gamers by creating a psychological survival horror game titled The 9th Charnel.

Gameplay

In The 9th Charnel, we view the action from a first-person perspective (FPP). During the gameplay we tear through locations, facing the enemies lurking in front of us. It is complemented by puzzles, the solving of which opens the way for us to continue.

The game allows you to engage in open combat with adversaries, using firearms such as pistols, shotguns and rifles, acquired as you progress. The equipment system implemented here forces us to manage our supplies wisely.

Another thing is that not all dangers we can face directly. Often a better option than moving to a frontal attack is to act quietly and sneak behind the backs of enemies and escape when we are detected.
