In The Boys: Trigger Warning we assume the role of a character who, seeking revenge on the Vought conglomerate, becomes one of Supes and joins the titular group of superheroes.
The Boys is a superhero TV series that has achieved spectacular artistic and commercial success. The Boys: Trigger Warning is an action game with stealth elements based on its license. It was developed by Arvore studio (creators of Pixel Ripped) and designed for virtual reality headsets - PlayStation VR2 and devices from the Meta Quest family. The game was developed in collaboration with the original series' writers and cast, as well as Sony Pictures Entertainment Virtual Reality.
In The Boys: Trigger Warning events are viewed from a first-person perspective (FPP). During the game we take on the role of a character whose discovery of Vought's macabre secret turns a family trip into a massacre. Wanting to infiltrate this conglomerate and seek revenge for what happened to us, we become one of the so-called Supes endowed with supernatural powers and join the group known as The Boys.
The adventure takes us through various locations, where we complete quests, sneak around, and fight enemies. Additionally, we regularly interact with characters known from the original series. The story presented here does not shy away from the dark humor that is one of the brand's trademarks.
