The Elder Scrolls Online: Markarth is another expansion to the popular 2014 MMORPG, The Elder Scrolls Online. As with the basic version and all add-ons so far, ZeniMax Online is responsible for the development.
The story of DLC The Elder Scrolls Online: Markarth focuses on the vampire lord Rada al-Saran - by playing we get an opportunity to learn the real motives of the aforementioned ruler and to crown the story of Dark Heart of Skyrim, initiated in the expansion The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Markarth allows players to explore another region of the world - a war-torn place known as The Reach, along with its largest city, Markarth. The seekers can cooperate with the Guardians faction and find the riches left behind by the Dwemer race. One of the maps that we can visit in add-on is the Blackreach underground cave complex.
Markarth add-on does not introduce new game modes. We can only play with other people, as part of a online multiplayer mode. The game offers content created for the cooperation of many players, but also one that we can go through alone (but even then there are other people present in the game world) - we are talking about the new location of Vateshran Hollows, where we can get a number of powerful items.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Markarth does not make any changes to the design of the main game.
