Third person action game with RPG elements, created by Bulgarian studio Haemimont Games, known from such titles as Tropico 3, Grand Ages: Rome or Imperium Romanum. The action of the game is set in the 13th century and we play as the titular Templar named Celian, who is accompanied by a noblewoman Marie, accused of heresy, and a friend from the order Roland.

The First Templar is a new co-operative action adventure game for the Xbox 360 and PC. The game follows the story of a French Templar and his companions. Taking control over these two unlikely allies, the player must uncover the mysteries behind the Templar Order, play a role in a grand conspiracy, and discover the secret of the Holy Grail. The heroes face powerful opponents at every turn, in the face of the Saracen, King Philip IV of France and the Inquisition.

Co-operative gameplay - The First Templar tells the story of two heroes - Celian and Marie, who together will unravel the mysteries of the Holy Grail. When playing solo, you can switch between heroes and the game's AI takes control of the second character. At any time a second player can join in, taking command of the AI character.
