The Terminator: Rampage PC

The Terminator: Rampage is the first classic FPS created by Bethesda Softworks, based on the story of a popular series of films with Arnold Schwarzenegger in the lead role. In terms of the overall execution of the game is close to the precursor of the genre, Wolfenstein 3D - so you will find here one-level boards, built of blocks, without a bit of variety in the form of curved walls.

The program allows us to play the role of a comprehensively trained commander, who is retraced in time from 2024 to 1984. Our task is to destroy the Meta-Node unit, which was previously sent into the past by the intelligent Skynet machine, in order to master the Cyberdyne building's security network and start mass production of cyborgs. But before this happens, our daredevil has to go through the 24 floors of a skyscraper, destroying its defense along the way, made up of robots of all sorts, including the famous Terminators. A big advantage of the game is a large number of assortment, with the help of which we annihilate enemies. Beretta, Uzi, AK-47, M-16, SPAS-12, HK-95 and M-30 guns - weapon lovers should be raised to heaven. The most powerful tool of annihilation, however, is the futuristic invention called V-TEC PPC.

Rampage, which was used by manufacturers as a testing ground for other Terminator series products, does not impress. Despite the archaic way of building levels, this program has comparable hardware requirements with Doom, which is much more technically advanced. The situation is not saved by a large number of enemies, weapons and a level map showing our location in the lower right corner of the screen all the time.
