Most car games have accustomed us to either focusing on racing or being mechanic simulators, in which at most we can drive our creations around an empty location when we're done rummaging under their hoods. Working on Underground Garage, independent Polish studio BeardedBrothers.Games has created a hybrid of a racing game and an auto repair shop simulation, combining these two aspects.

In Underground Garage, we take on the role of a fresh-faced owner of an auto repair shop. We find procedurally generated orders, and during the gameplay we deal with tuning and repairing vehicles and taking part in races.

Tuning and repairing

To show the local drivers who's boss, first we need to get the desired w?z, as well as parts that will increase its performance. Each "car" is made up of dozens of components, which we replace, modify and repair (new components can be found, for example, in junkyards).

Cars here undergo realistic damage that affects their appearance and capabilities. Speaking of appearance - the title allows you to paint cars based on a wide range of colors, as well as decorate them with various patterns.

Cars and garage

Although the various vehicles are not licensed, they are designed in such a way that you can easily identify their real-life counterparts from brands such as BMW, Nissan and Ford. As we progress, we not only expand their range by acquiring more expensive models, but also expand and improve the garage.

Racing

When the car is ready, we can sit behind the wheel of it and head out into the open world and compete for victory. The production allows us to participate both in races with other drivers and in time trials. In addition, we can polish our skills in a special training mode.

Storyline

In Underground Garage we find ourselves in a car repair shop, the owner of which has disappeared, which most likely involved a local gang connected with illegal racing. Together with a friend named Deb , we take over the garage to restore it and create cars in it capable of making us true street racing champions.
