PC

Wings! Emulated Amiga Edition, released on AND, PC and iOS, is conversion of Cinemaware's classic aerial shooting, which debuted in 1990 on Amiga computers and became one of the most popular productions released for this platform.

Mechanics

In Wings!, we play as a fighter pilot, who on the side of Germans or Triple Entente countries takes part in the First World War. The creators of the game have prepared more than 200 missions, filled with action and hostile flying machines. Our tasks include bombardment of strategic places, shooting at enemy convoys, collecting important information, as well as classic one-on-one dogfights. The game, however, does not aspire to be a serious simulator and has an arcade character. While playing, we have two perspectives to choose from. In the isometric view, we can see our plane and the nearest surroundings. The second option is a camera located directly behind the pilot.

Technical aspects

Wings! Emulated Amiga Edition, released on AND, PC and iOS, is based on a software emulator of Commodore Amiga computers that were popular in the 1990s. Thanks to this, we get practically unchanged, original production from years ago, adapted to work on the modern PCs and mobile devices.
