We play the role of the commander of an elite police unit. We join about 50 missions, dealing with the fight against crime. In the course of the game we use great armoured radio vehicles.
World Super Police is a low-budget action game, in which the player plays the role of a guardian of the law, taking part in car chases. This product was developed exclusively for PlayStation 2 users.
The plot of the game assumes the role of Masanori Matsudairy. The main character is the commander of the Blue Wings, the elite police unit. In the course of the game he takes part in a series of strictly planned missions, striving to liquidate local criminal groups.
In the initial phase of the game, the competition takes place in different corners of Japan. The next steps, however, involve moving to the United States in order to finally crack down on the bandits. In total, there are about fifty stages to complete. In addition to neutralizing criminals' cars, missions can also include rescuing hostages or disarming bombs before they are transported to their destination.
Each phase starts with a planning phase. The player selects his midfielders (up to five people) and also determines the type of vehicles to be taken on mission. You can choose between standard radios, chase vehicles or machines with a reinforced body structure. The player can get acquainted with the planned route of the chase, determining, among other things, the type of formation or places where traps will be placed on criminals.
A rich arsenal of weapons is used to deter villains, including mini-guns and self-guided rockets. Selected vehicles can be upgraded in a variety of ways as they complete missions, so that their power or durability can be increased.
The World Super Police visual luminaire presents a relatively low level of workmanship, although it is worth paying attention to the diversified surroundings. The chases take place mainly on long sections of motorways, and the player, in addition to eliminating villains, has to avoid obstacles and civil cars.
