Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: Chapter 5 - Fly By Night

On your way to the temple, your crew notices Rockets is missing. The following conversation will start:

He needs some space

Groot, go get Rocket

...

Soon after, the conversation will focus on Nebula and the issue of guarding her:

Nothing bad will happen

Are you volunteering?

...

At this moment you are faced with the third important choice in this episode. You have to decide who is going to guard Nebula, while you are gone:

1. Drax guards Nebula
2. Gamora guards Nebula

After you make your decision you will arrive at the temple. Approach the traces on the ground and investigate them. Then, use "examine" to open the hologram. Use your jet boots and go up. Approach the statue and press the button. Go to the next statue on the right and try to press the button. Use the microphone and ask Gamora to help you with the switch at the same time as you press the button.

This way you will uncover a hidden passage - approach it and look at the foot trails on the ground. Then, press the button and you will see a large pedestal. Use a relic on it to start a cutscene. Next, receive Drax's transmission and you will learn Rocket is in a really bad mood. When Peter decides to return to the ship, the chapter ends.
