Halo Infinite: Blind, 8th skull (open world) - location, where to find?

Location of the 8th skull - free exploration

This skull is a bit different because you can find it while exploring the open world. It's not found in a location associated with any of the main missions.

Start in the southwestern part of the Zeta Halo ring, the part of the map you first visit in act Lockdown (4th main mission onwards). Its location is indicated in the picture - quite far south of the Ransom Keep. Start north of this collectible.

As you head south, travel along the great precipice. Finally, you should reach the area from the screen and it will be possible to start climbing there. Use the rope launcher to reach higher shelves.

You will reach a small clearing surrounded by rocky shelves (picture 1). Head south from here.

You'll notice very small shelves from picture 2, which you have to reach one by one. This requires a lot of precision and skillful selection of points of attachment - we suggest aiming at rocks, rather than the black walls, or fragments of the ground.

When you reach the last little black shelf, turn right and look down. Your will have to land on the shelf on the other side of the precipice - as in picture 1.

Since it's quite a distance, you need to jump with a run-up and fire the rope mid-air to grab onto the rocks (screen 2).

If you land correctly, then you can go to the right from the pictured location. That's where you'll find the skull you're looking for.
