This page of the trophy guide for Kena Bridge of Spirits will tell you how to unlock the Between the Eyes achievement. You will get the trophy by killing an enemy with a shield without destroying it.
To unlock this trophy, it's worth having a bow and the Focus skill. Next, you must find enemies with a shield. They often hide behind it. However, the shield has a certain gap that is close to the shieldbearer's head.
Use Focus after shooting an arrow to see the gap. With this, you can shoot a shieldbearer in the head, killing it and, most importantly, not destroying the shield - this will unlock the Between the Eyes trophy.
