1. Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning is a long game, but it's quite common in case of the RPG genre. It should take you about 30 hours to complete the main story. It's worth noting that focusing solely on the main quests can be problematic, as your hero may have difficulties with defeating some of the later opponents and bosses.
2. Completing side quests will double your gameplay time, that is, completing the entire game should take you at least 60 hours. The optional quests are not very long, but there are dozens of them in every main region of the in-game world.
3. You can spend even more time with the game if you decide to explore all locations in 100 percent, that is, discover all optional areas or objects (like Lorestones) and collect all treasures. By slowly advancing in the game you can easily cross the 100-hour barrier of gameplay time.
4. The platinum trophy can be unlocked in about 70-80 hours. It primarily forces you to complete the main storyline on a high level of difficulty. The game also features achievements that require performing various time-consuming tasks or unlocking the more advanced skills of your character.
5. The gameplay time can also be extended by two major DLC expansions. The Legend of Dead Kel expansion provides about 4-7 hours of gameplay, while the Teeth of Naros expansion set should provide you with 5-6 hours of entertainment.
