MEETING WITH THE REST OF THE GROUP:

You've probably killed all enemies in the foundry, so you should spend some time looking around. There's a new Playboy magazine next to two barrels #1. Head forward once you have it in your possession #2.

Don't approach your allies just yet and instead go to your left. Walk under the stairs #1 and explore the area near the fire to find a Playboy magazine. You may now rejoin with the others #2 and listen to a new conversation. The idea how to make money will be to sell hot rods found in the foundry.

SELLING A HOT ROD TO DEREK IN THE DOCKS:

Approach one of the hot rods parked here (Smith 34 Hot Rod) #1 and solve a well-known lockpicking mini-game. Take a sit behind the wheel and start driving towards the docks located in the southern part of Empire Bay. You'll have plenty of opportunities to drive fast #2, but you'll have to watch out for the police and avoid sliding the car, because it'll be very easy to lose control crash the hot rod.

Slow down considerably while going through urban sections. You don't want to damage the vehicle, because you would get less than 2000 dollars for it. Drive through the main gate leading to the docks #1 and park the hot rod on a small platform #2. Exit the vehicle, move back to a safe distance and wait until it's taken on board the ship.

GIVING BACK EDDIE HIS 2000 DOLLARS:

Steal a vehicle from the docks (doesn't matter which model it's going to be) #1 and drive to a restaurant called the Maltese Falcon. Exit the car and enter the restaurant #2 to give back Eddie his money.

GOING HOME:

You may exit the restaurant. Use a vehicle of your choosing to go back to your new apartment #1. You can store the car in the garage or park it on the street. Enter the building and go to your apartment. You'll have to interact with the bed to end this chapter #2.
