Guardians of the Galaxy: Health bar - how to increase?

This page of the guide to Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy explains how to lengthen the main character's health bar and thus die less frequently and have more health points. On top of that, you'll learn how to improve the main character's armor.

In Guardians of the Galaxy you can accumulate experience points and advance to the next levels, but this won't lengthen the protagonist's health bar regularly.

The only way to lengthen your health bar is by purchasing the Extra Health perk - you can see it in the picture above. It can extend the health bar by 25 percent. You can buy perks at the workbenches - one of them is aboard Milano, and you can find others in the specific missions. To purchase perks, you need to spend crafting components, which you must find on your own in the explored locations.

We also recommend checking out the perks that increase the armor efficiency. You can buy many perks, with Extra Shield being the most important, as it permanently grants up to 50% of additional armor points. This perk is also very useful in keeping Star-Lord alive.

Unfortunately, the game doesn't allow you to develop the stats of other team members. Their parameters remain unchanged throughout the game, but fortunately, if you play skillfully, you won't have to worry about them needing help often. You mainly have to be careful during boss fights and battles with elite enemies.
