Black Myth Wukong was released today on PC and PS5. Taking into consideration its release on PlayStation, it is quite surprising that players report problems with DualSense controllers on PC. It seems that the game is not fully compatible with it. There is a way to fix it, at least to some extent.

Black Myth Wukong – DualSense on PC with problems

If you want to play Black Myth Wukong with DualSense, you may experience various problems. Players report that not all features of these controllers work properly. It is possible to fix most of the issues, though. To do that, make sure that you:

  1. Enable Steam input.
  2. In the game’s settings switch to controller B type.
  3. You may also want to wire your controller to PC. PS5 DS should work without that, but most players seem to recommend using it that way.

The problem with the above solution is that while the controller works properly it does not offer haptic feedback. Most fans believe that it is a bug, which will be fixed in the near future. Some even theorize that it is due to the fact that game recognizes PS5 DS as wireless even though it is connected by a cable. It is likely that we will learn more about this issue in the upcoming days.

Probably, at this point, developers will be fixing other issues like crashes, FPS drops and Out of Memory Error (well, probably not this one). We may need to wait a little bit for DualSense fix.

At the end we would like to recommend you our Black Myth Wukong guide. You can find here a lot of useful tips and tricks to defeat bosses and learn more about the game generally (if it seems to be empty, be sure that it will be updated in a few hours).
