Due to shipping delays, the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Collector's Edition will not reach players in Europe until a few weeks after the game's release. However, there is a way for those who bought it to start playing at launch.
Microsoft has just experienced a major setback with the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Collector's Edition.
The Limited Collector's Edition (LCE), which costs around $259.99 plus shipping, will only be available to players in the USA on time. In other regions, including Europe, there has been a delay and shipping won't begin until early December.
This is a big problem because the game itself will be released on the market next Tuesday, which is November 19th. Thus, players from outside the USA who bought the LCE will have to wait a few weeks longer before they start having fun.
Then, after receiving the LCE, players will need to activate the token included in the box for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Aviator Edition to avoid losing access to the game after their Game Pass subscription expires. If they log in with the same account when exchanging a token, all their in-game progress will be preserved.
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is coming to PC, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X.
The Limited Collector's Edition will include the game itself, a special box, a model of the Antonov AN-225 airplane, a travel bag with six patches, a brooch featuring the game's logo, a lithograph, and a letter from the developers to the players.
