Independent studio GHPC Dev announced that it plans to release Gunner, HEAT, PC, a simulator that enables us to control modern tanks, on Steam. The release is scheduled for the summer of 2022.

However, we do not have to wait to check out this project. offers a free demo right now and users who support the creators on Patreon will receive access to regularly updated test versions.

The goal of the devs is to develop a game, which on the one hand will be a powerful simulator, and on the other offers high playability. GHPC Dev is a small team, but the developers put a lot of effort into ensuring high immersion. A good example of this is the video above, showing the implementation of American voices for the tank crews in Gunner, HEAT, PC!.

What is important, the game is currently intended only for single-player experience. The project should turn out to be a big treat for people who are fed up with the multiplayer nature of most contemporary tanking productions. Gunner, HEAT, PC! will also be a traditional premium game, perfect for players tired of economic systems dominating in this category of F2P titles.

This does not mean that there will be no multiplayer option. The creators are also currently working on a co-op mode, which, among other things, will enable a group of users to play in a single tank. Further plans will probably include a PvP mode, but for now the priority is to provide the best possible single-player experience.
