Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous recorded a great debut. Within a week, the game sold 250,000 copies.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  • The release of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous has proven to be a huge success;
  • The game has already sold 250 thousand copies;
  • More than 46 thousand people have played the title at the same time.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous proves that there is still a place on the market for classic RPGs. The game by Owlcat Games had a great launch, which is proved by its sales results. Within a week from the release 250 thousand copies of the title were purchased. We can safely assume that the number will continue to grow over time.

CEO of META Publishing, the company that released Wrath of the Righteous, Ilya Salamatov spoke on the success of the gam.

“This is truly a big moment, no doubts here. And it’s only the beginning! We’re determined to give players what they expect, and I’m genuinely blown away by the energy the Owlcat Team is putting into fixing the issues players are reporting. It’s really awesome to see! It goes without saying that we’re listening to the community incredibly closely, so please keep your feedback coming, as it’s invaluable to us.”

The success of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is also evidenced by player activity results on Steam. According to SteamDB, at the hottest moment, the title was played by more than 46 thousand people. At the same time, more than 30 thousand players were simultaneously active daily for the last several days. The work of Owlcat Games is therefore currently enjoying considerable interest from the community, which spends a lot of time with it.

Pathfinder can also boast of very good reviews from players. On Steam, 81% of user reviews are positive. So perhaps it is worth giving Wrath of the Righteous a chance and enter the world created by Russian developers. You can play their title on PC. However, in 2022 it will also be coming to last-gen consoles.
