Sniper Elite 4 and For Honor launch today

Today is a good day – and not only for lovers, but for gamers too. This is because two big games are launching today: Sniper Elite 4 and For Honor, and it seems that they both managed to live up to fans' expectations.

Today marks the release of two major games: Rebellion’s Sniper Elite 4 and Ubisoft’s For Honor – both are available on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. They are just in time to celebrate Valentine’s Day, so if you are still wondering what to buy for your second half, you can now stop. According to some early reviews and players’ opinions, both games are pretty good, which is certainly great news.

The new edition of the popular sniper game series is generally more of what fans know and like, with only some minor changes to gameplay. Some of the things reviewers like about Sniper Elite 4 are its large, diverse locations set in Italy, which are more interesting that the previous installment’s Africa, as well as satisfying gameplay. On the other hand, if it’s a good story you’re looking for, this may not be Sniper Elite 4’s strongest feature. The game’s current Metascore ranges from 76 to 81, depending on the platform.

As for the Ubisoft’s original sword combat game, it lets players engage in spectacular battles between Knights, Vikings and Samurai, either when playing solo or in online multiplayer. For Honor’s biggest strength is probably the direction-based combat, which gives you control over how you attack your opponents and defend yourself from incoming strikes. No full reviews are available yet, but Steam players’ opinions about For Honor are currently very positive.
