Prey: Intrinsic Value

In this page you can find a detailed description for unlocking "Intrinsic Value" achievement in Prey. You get this achievement by sacrificing the life of the main hero by placing him in a recycler (you must allow the hero to be sucked in by the device, to be more precise).

This achievement can be done at any moment after you get one of the Recycler Charges - presented in the picture above. Those charges can be found in various places in the station (in the later parts of the game you can even craft them). You can find them in, e.g. Volunteer Quarters in Neuromod Division or in the safe in Security Office in Talos I Lobby.

Let the Recycler Charge suck you in

When you get a Recycler Charge select it in your inventory and throw it wherever you want. Get closer to the explosion and allow the charge to "suck you in". Your character dies but the most important thing is that you get the achievement.
