Rage 2: How to reset skills?

In Rage 2, you have the opportunity to get eleven Nanotrite skills. Each of them can be developed according to your preferences. However, if you find that you have put points into the wrong skills, you are able to reset them. To reset your skills, you have to go to Wellspring town. This trading town is located in the Torn Plains region.
There, you will meet Vendor. This person is dressed in a characteristic way - the character wears a suit and electronic goggles.
You can reset your skills by paying $500. You get back all the points spent on skills - you can put them in other abilities.
This is not a one-time deal - if you feel the need to change skills again, you can pay another $500.
