On the other side of the gate two mutants appear so be prepared to eliminate them quickly.

Once they are dead, go forwards, use the zipline to get up and open another hatch. You'll get to the surface.

At the beginning jump up to the upper floor and open the door on the left. On the other side you'll have to quickly slide under closing hatch.

Keep moving forwards, until you reach a place with a searchlight. One the animation is finished, quickly run forwards, thus getting to the upper floor of the ship.

At the end of the corridor you'll find a low tunnel. Crawl to its end and then jump down.

Keep going forwards until you reach the captain's deck. Try to avoid there a mutant made of insects and press the button on the wall.

Behind the next door you'll find a hatch leading to the deck. You'll also encounter a searchlight again.

At the beginning quickly run to the left, jumping over obstacles and crawl under one of the covers.

Before the beam of light returns here, you can crawl to the most-left cover. Leave the hiding place when the light passes by you to the right. Then you have to quickly run forwards, turn left, jump over the railing and use the zipline at the end.

Once you're safe, move few steps until you see the enemy guarding a ladder. Kill him quietly with a crossbow and climb up the ladder.

You'll find there a low tunnel - crawl through it. Head to the right and eliminate enemies there. Now run forwards.

Eventually you'll reach a cabin with the red carpet, where short animation begins.
