The below list presents all of the achievements available in Rise of the Tomb Raider. The value in the parentheses specifies the number of points that you receive for that specific achievement. Each entry has been provided with a description that allows you to understand the achievement fully and helps you obtain it quickly.

Secret achievements are connected with storyline quests, and therefore they are impossible to miss. Only one of the hidden achievements - The Chosen Few- requires you to go an extra mile and find all of the hidden tombs.

While hunting for achievements, you can use the Expeditions option, available in the main menu - it lets you replay individual stages of the game and obtain achievements easily. Remember that you an also load checkpoints, e.g. after you push an opponent down into a chasm, you can load the game over again, which makes obtaining some achievements faster.
