How to obtain:

The way to obtain this achievement is to jump into a well in the way that makes Lara position her body for a dive. You do that by jumping off the platform over the well - run up and quickly, while still at the platform level, press the button that you, e.g. aim with.

You can easily perform the dive in the Geothermal Valley. Go to the Valley Farmstead Camp, where there is the well shown in the screenshot, in the center of the village.

Then, approach the door opposite the well. Use the crate standing nearby, climb to the rooftop and jump off the roof into the well and dive.
