Your task is to reach Mamushi's office. Before you do that, make sure to look around.

There is a secret money stash behind a waterfall. It is located just before the entrance to the Yakuza territory.

When you are sure that you have collected everything, enter the territory of the Yakuza. There you must head over to the back of the building, where you will find the passage to the roof. You will acquire a new weapon from the soldiers of the Yakuza, namely the "Point Five-O". Break the glass and head inside. After a brief talk you will have to kill all of Mamushi's allies within the building. Be sure to look around, as the location boss can also be found here. When you go down to the cellars, you will find a locked passage that you need to destroy with a bomb.

This secret money stash is located on the roof of Mamushi's headquarters. Behind the crates you can see a bright purple light.

A strangely familiar place

The bomb is located outside in a car garage. Slaughter the enemies who defend it, and return to the door. After it is blown up, return to Mamushi Heika and talk to her. You will watch a short cutscene, then you should pick up the ceremonial dagger and return it to Ameonna, which will end the mission.

You will encounter the location boss after talking to Mamushi. Your foe will be very agile, and will mainly use melee attacks and charge at you. Firstly, you should deal with the other enemies, who will distract you during the fight. Rocket and grenade launchers are very useful tools for this skirmish. The boss does not summon any additional threats when below 50% health, you simply need to finish her off.
