Sherlock Holmes Crimes and Punishments: Investigate the crime scene and talk to witnesses at Half Moon Street
Use the Map to go to Half Moon Street. When you arrive at the place, go into a narrow passage to the right of the carriage and then turn right. Talk to Constable Marrow about all the available topics.
Examine the victim's body lying to the right of Marrow. It's Brian Vercotti. Check his Head, his left (from player's perspective) Hand, the Wound and Tattoo on his right Hand.
Next, Take a look at the body on the other side. It's Kenneth Butler. Examine the Head wound and his Left pocket. Take a Door key out of it.

Activate Holmes's talent and notice the Piece of wood lying between the cobblestones, next to the victim's right arm. Take it out and rotate it in the close-up mode so that you can see the part where it broke.
Go further into the alley and talk to Ryan Turner, who is standing in the door. Listen to his testimony.
Ryan Turner portrait:
- War veteran (Metal clasp on his chest);
- Limping (Requires support; left - from player's perspective - arm leaning on the frame);
- Poor life (Missing buttons).
An Evidence will appear in the Casebook: Turner's limp.
Deduction
Connect "Turner's view" with "Dark window". You will obtain a task: "Conflicting statements" (Turner's contradiction).
Go to the end of the street (head left from Turner's door) and talk to Polly Powell, standing on the corner of the street. Listen to her testimony.
Take a look at the Mirror on the carriage on the other side of the street (to the left of Polly).
Return to Turner and talk to him again. Tell him about the contradiction of statements. In the QTE, select: Turner's contradiction. As a result, Holmes will be able to enter the veteran's house.
