Sherlock Holmes Crimes and Punishments: Request Wiggins' assistance in locating the right circus
Go to Baker Street, approach the Analysis table and select: Examine black threads. Take a look at one of them on the stage plate and when the eyepiece appears, sharpen the image. Examine the thread through the eyepiece.

It turns out, that you have a hair strand in front of you. Two other strands will appear on the stage plate. Examine all of them.
Deduction
Connect "Exotic animal hair" with "Wall climber". You will obtain "Circus acrobat".
When connecting "Circus acrobat", "Simultaneous shots", "Crossfire", "Leighton's innocence" and "Burglary motive", you will receive a task: "Vanishing act".
Head to Half Moon Street. Ask Wiggins, who is standing in the corner where Holmes climbed the wall, to find out what circus is currently performing in London.
When the boy brings you the Circus Poster, examine the Picture of elephant and the inscription above. Use the Map to go to Duval Bros Circus and after talking to Circus guard, return to Baker Street.
Go to Holmes's room and open the Wardrobe. Choose: Bandit Outfit. Then, approach the Make-Up Table (options at the top of the screen) and select a proper hat (for example nr 11). Then choose your facial hair (for example nr 6). Exit the close-up mode and head to the circus.
After talking to the guard once again, go to the building with stairs and open the door. When inside, examine the Barrels near the place where Sherlock saw some men talking. Take a look at the Barrels on top, the one on the ground and the Crack on it. Examine also the Paint.

Activate Holmes's talent and notice the Crest on top of the barrel. Lastly, hit the Crack and examine the Powder that comes out.
Go right, to the other side of the arena and examine the Printing press. Take a look at the Poster (Rebellious poster). Examine the Picture of a man and the Slogan. Also, look at the Blank papers to the right. Talk to Charles Foley when he appears.
Charles Foley portrait:
- Protected safe (Complex key on the neck);
- Recent trauma (Bloody bandages on the left - from player's perspective - arm);
- Cutthroat (Armed; pistol behind the belt);
- Acrobat (Taped fingers; Agility practice);
- Stolen antiques (Ring with ram head).
Deduction
Connect "Antique ring" with "Foley's revolver". You will obtain "Man in jacket".
Approach the table near the barrels and open the Lock.
Opening the lock in the circus

Rotate all so that the horizontal line on the edge of cylinder nr 3 is visible.

Switch (2 clicks) to nr 2 and rotate it so that the horizontal line on the edge of it matches the one on nr 3.

Switch (3 clicks) to nr 1A and rotate it so that the horizontal line matches the previous ones (on nr 2 and 3).

Rotate all so that you can see the horizontal lines on the right side of nr 2 and 3.
Switch (3 clicks) to nr 1B and rotate it so that the horizontal line on its right side matches the ones on nr 2 and 3.

Rotate all so that the you can see the vertical lines on nr 1A and nr 2.
Switch (2 clicks) to nr 2 and move it to the left so that the vertical lines on it match the ones on nr 1A.
Talk to Charles Foley. Select: Jailed thief in the QTE. Next, use the Map to go to Notting Hill Manor.
