Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order: How to restore the Force bar?

The only effective way to restore the blue Force bar is to keep attacking enemies with regular attacks - those that don't require the Force. Try to use the Force attacks with caution - only when a situation calls for it.

The Force bar restores automatically while resting at one of the meditation points. It can also be restored to its maximum value after hitting an opponent who has killed the main character before.

There are two ways in which you can increase the Force bar permanently. The first way is to buy skills. The first skill that allows you to increase the Force bar is Force Attunement. You can purchase it once you get to the first chapter of the campaign.

The second way is to find Force Essence, that is, one of the collectibles. Each time you collect three Force Essences, the Force bar will increase. The locations of the Force Essences can be found in the Secrets section.
