Starlink Battle for Atlas: How to destroy Dreadnought?

Dreadnought is a huge Legion ship. It has the ability to drop the Prime on the planet. They are the source of the Legion's strength. Therefore, destroying them is in your interest. From this chapter you will learn how you can effectively fight against those units.

This type of enemy will be discovered in the final phase of the game. Targeting the first one of them will require you to eliminate a specific amount of Primes first. Only then the first Dreadnought will appear on the map.

The fight with this type of enemy is divided into three stages. In the first stage you need to destroy the turrets located on the roof of the ship. During the second one, you need to destroy the open eyes located on the sides of the ship.

During those two stages, you will be attacked by Legion Drakes. Due to the fact that during the fight you have fire support, it is best not to attract the attention of the Drakes and focus on attacking the ship.

Once you destroy both forms of defense of the ship, it will open its torpedo hatch. You will need to destroy it while simultaneously avoiding fired missiles. In this case, a fast ship is extremely useful.

Once the hatch is destroyed, the entrance to the interior of the ship will open. After entering, you will need to go through a long corridor, filled with lasers you must avoid. At the end of the corridor you will find the core that must be destroyed. In order to do this, shoot at the red sphere.

You need to watch out for the lasers. With each rotation of the core, new laser beams will appear and those that have appeared previously will change their location. Once the core is destroyed, the ship will cease to exist.
