The Council opens with a short prologue. You don't have any dialog options but you will have to make an important decision at the end of this part.
You have to decide whether you want to attack (ACT) or wait for your mother to do something (TRUST HER).
Choice: ACT
Consequences: Louis (the main hero) is hurt in the face with a knife while the attacker gets shot.
Choice: TRUST HER
Consequences: The person who imprisoned the hero and his mother survives.
