The Sexy Brutale: Acquire the password and set the statue behind the bar

From the starting room, head directly to the bar.

Take the record off of the gramophone [1] and take it with you. Then light the candle [2] in the room by using the lighter. When you meet these two conditions, hide in the closet [3] and wait for Aurum Runes to enter the room.

When they see him, the ghosts will start talking to each other, eventually giving up the password, which is necessary to get into the room with the statue.

When Aurum enters the room exit the closet and talk to the ghost. He will take a step back and will allow you to enter the room. However, Aurum is still in it, so you have to wait until he interacts with the statue and moves to the next room.

Enter it after him, and set the statue to the heart symbol. To make things easier, the lights on the statue will light up in green. Remember, that you have to do this after Aurum rearranges the arm. Otherwise Aurum will rearrange it after you set it correctly.

Now, you have to get to the room where the second statue's arm is hidden as soon as possible.
