Enter the room, while avoiding the staff and guests. Approach the compartment and take the arm out of it.
Go into the room with the statue and repair it by interacting with it. Then set it to the green hearts symbol.
Now you have to go to the statue that is placed in the library. Use the shortcut behind the painting.
