Chronicles of Riddick Assault on Dark Athena: New Venice - part 1

Proceed forward and it shouldn't take too long for you to exit the building. Approach the exit carefully and notice enemy units stationed to your right [#608]. Remember that you can set up a small minefield using the SCAR rifle. Prevent enemies from getting too close and consider creating a minefield near the start area if you see them heading your way.

Aside from enemies standing relatively close to your position you'll also be dealing with more distant guards. Make sure to inspect a small balcony for possible enemy reinforcements [#609]. Retreat to the start area each time you suffer minor injuries and use the nearby crates for additional cover.

Once the battle has ended take your time to examine the bodies and you should be able to find an assault rifle. Still - I would recommend that you keep using a SCAR rifle. Proceed to your right and fire a single explosive bullet at a nearby control panel [#610]. Detonating this object will allow you to extend a small wooden bridge.

Watch out, because it's very likely to encounter more enemy units on the left balcony [#611]. I would recommend that you maintain a crouching stance, so you won't be an easy target for them. You can also try moving to your left to find a better shooting spot if you feel uncomfortable near the bridge.

Watch out, because an Alpha Drone will appear in this area when you get rid of the guards. Move to your right an quickly destroy a wooden door [#612] to unlock access to a new building. Don't forget to use a NanoMED health station if you've suffered some injuries during the last fight. Once you're fully healed proceed to an upper floor.

Notice a wooden door directly in front of you. Destroy the door and move towards a small balcony located between two buildings. You must be extremely careful here, because you'll soon notice that a new spider-bot has appeared in the area [#613]. Destroy the robot before it finds you and only then enter a second building. Head down the stairs and destroy a lamp along the way.
