After fight with hammer-armed enemy, go forward until you reach an entrance to tunnels [1]. Few soldiers will attack you there. Kill them and search carefully rubbles behind big piece of scrap-iron [2]. There is skull probe hide in.

Possession 2/3

After destroying Heavy Bolter, go into the corridor behind it [1]. Already on the first turn you'll find boxes with ammo and skull probe [2].
