Watch Dogs 2: Bottom Dollar (ATM hacks mission)

You can find out about this mission from one of the informants you can meet while exploring the city (orange icons on the map - the informant should be somewhere around the Palo Alto district). This relaxing operation is about hacking into ATMs and helping or annoy the bank clients.

The whole operation is based on testing exploits on ATMs in various parts of the city. Each time you need to start by hacking a ctOS box and accessing CCTV view, then you can control the ATM.

Box #2 is in a restricted area (shown in the screenshot). You can stun or kill the bank staff placed around it.

Boxes #3-#7 are on rooftops. The fifth box is the most problematic. Look for an interacitive lift, hack into it and drive it closer to the wall. Get on the lift and raise it to reach the box (shown above).

Hacking the left PIN pad will help the client, hacking the right one will make his life harder

You always have to follow the same pattern. When a client comes up to the ATM, you can help him (withdrawing money, paying bills etc.) by hacking the left PIN pad or make his life harder (sending money to charity, calling the police etc.) with the right one. Alternatively, you can do nothing so the person will withdraw the money and walk away. You need to hack into seven ATMs [+27000 followers].
