The paintjob number 6 (jumper) is also in the Hackerspace. Check the hideout to find a ventilation shaft by the ceiling and explore it with a jumper to obtain the access key. Return to the lower shaft where paintjob 1 was located and unlock a new part of the tunnels. The collectible is at the end of the shaft.
Watch Dogs 2: Paint jobs, clothing and unique vehicles
The above map shows the places where some less important secrets can be found in Watch Dogs 2 - clothes, headwear, paint jobs for cars and gadgets, or unique vehicles.
Attention
- You can locate the secrets yourself as well. After activating the NetHack mode, the locations of the nearest collectibles will be automatically added to the map.
- Before beginning the hunt for Research Points, think about unlocking the jumper and quadcopter, as well as the following skills: Environmental RC (remote hacking of lifts, cranes, etc.), and Enhanced Spring (the jumper bounces higher).
Attention - unique cars revealed in NetHack mode will not be marked on the map forever. They will disappear if you use fast travel, start a mission or exit the game. It's good to collect them regularly, so you don't have to go looking for them when you forget where were they parked.
Every entry on our map has a short description, which can help in finding it. Those that are the most difficult to obtain have additionally been described in the following portion of the text.
Paint jobs #1 and #6

Both of these paint jobs are in DedSec's HQs. Examine the hideout to find the shaft shown above (near the ceiling). Jump into it with the jumper and explore it to get an access key.

Look around the place for an entrance to another shaft. It's down on the floor (above). Enter it with the jumper, and you'll find paint job #1.

Stay in the vent shaft and use the access key you've just obtained to unlock the latter part of the shaft. Explore further. Paint #6 is shown above.
Paint job #2

This pain job can be found on the roof of a metal construction - reaching it may look difficult at first. The jumper is the solution. Begin on the roof of a nearby building, reach the plank shown above with the jumper, and from it, leap onto the platform with the collectible.
Paint job #5

This paint job is inside a blue container near the highway and you cannot get there with Marcus. Get on the container shown above, East of the collectable. Activate the jumper, and bounce towards the concrete drainage pipes.

Drive through the pipe, when you're in the spot shown above make another jump to get to the container with the paint. If you have a hard time doing it, you can use the jumper's booster.
Paint job #10

This paint job is located on the roof of the WKZ San Francisco station building and reaching the building's roof can be quite troublesome. Steal a van, a truck or any other, larger vehicle. Park it in the vicinity of the main entrance to the building - as in the example shown in the picture above.

Now use the jumper and jump onto the roof of the vehicle. Afterwards, you have to perform about 2-3 additional jumps and each one has to be very precise, otherwise, the jumper will fall back down (make sure that your jumper has the Enhanced spring upgrade!). The exact location of the paint job on the roof of the station is shown in the picture above.
Paint job #13

This paint job is located on a seemingly unreachable roof of a building. Head over to the multi-storey parking lot located nearby, and climb up to its highest level. Note, that in the spot shown in the picture above, you can jump onto the neighbouring roof. To achieve that, use a car or (a better solution) the jumper. After you make the jump you can head over to the place of the paint job without any issues.
Paint job #20

This paint job is located under a residential building. You have to use some explosives, in order to destroy one of the wooden screens, at the base of the building. This will allow you to drive under the house with the jumper, and complete the paint job.
Paint job #28

This one can be found in the South-east corner of a block of flats, which is occupied by gangsters, hence it's a restricted area. If you don't want to fight, infiltrate the area with the jumper. Find the stairs leading to the first floor. You have to hack the window shown above. This will allow you to get in and look for the collectible.
Paint job #32

This paint job can be found on the roof of one of the buildings in the center. Locate the lift that's adjacent to the wall of this building (you can use quadcopter to find it). Use remote hacking to bring the lift down. It will stop in a position that will make it rather difficult for Marcus to reach it. So, use the jumper, place it as shown above and jump onto the ledge right next to the elevator. After the jumper is in the elevator, make it go back up. The remaining part is a formality.
Paint job #33

The paint job is inside the building on the beach. Reach it from the side of the ocean and activate the jumper. You need a perfect jump to get through that hole marked above. You need to use the booster - if the jumper falls into water you will have to summon it again and try all over.
Clothing #8 (Sweater Japantown)

This secret is located on a higher area between buildings and Marcus cannot reach it in person. Use the jumper and jump onto the rubbish bin, located on the sidewalk (as shown in the picture above). Next, you have to perform a long jump, this time, aiming for the glass roof attached to the wall of the building.

Jump to the area between buildings (you will jump over a small, glass balustrade). Here you have to execute the last jump, which will allow you to bypass the wooden fence shown in the picture above. The sweater is lying on the ground, on the other side of the fence.
Clothing #11 (Cap Legs Hat)

This secret is lying on a balcony of one of the buildings. Use the jumper and reach the roof of the building located to the right of the secret, as shown in the picture above.

Drive along the roofs to find yourself very close to the balcony with the pickup (as shown in the picture above). Here you should perform a new jump, to fly over the tall balustrade and land on the balcony.
Clothing #14 (Sweater Fisherman's Wharf)

This secret is on the roof of a building. Find a lift in the area and use remote hacking to bring it down. Take Marcus inside the elevator and make it go back to the very top, as shown above.

Find the bike on that roof (picture 1). You will now have to jump (Bruce-Willis-style) from the higher roof onto the lower one (picture 2), where the secret is awaiting.
Unique vehicle #2 (Targ Motors The Dangerzone)

This vehicle is parked in one of the garages in the underground parking lot. After reaching the parking, steal any car and park it just like the van above (right beside the second garage). Activate the jumper and jump onto the van, and then into the vent shaft marked above.

Get into the garage. There will be a closed-circuit terminal there (it's hidden behind the wooden wall marked above). Don't even try to use explosives to tear the wall down, cause you could destroy the car. Instead, hack the SUV parked here and use it to destroy the wooden wall. You will then be able to hack the terminal with the jumper. This will open the left-hand garage, and allow you to drive away in a unique car.
Unique vehicle #6 (Global Motors Wrecker)

This vehicle can be found inside one of the open containers in the port. Use the quadcopter to pin point that container (picture 1). When you find it, just use remote hacking to drive the car out of the container (picture 2) - with a bit of luck, the car won't flip during this little stunt, and you'll be able to drive it.
