Anthem: Can I meet other players in Fort Tarsis?

The main part of Fort Tarsis puts you into the first person perspective but the fort also has a section where you can meet with other players and plan expeditions. Check this page to learn where to find the social hub in Anthem.

You can meet other players in Launch Bay. You go there for the first time automatically after completing one of the expeditions.

From now on, you can choose one of the three locations to which you want to go back to every time you complete an expedition:

1. Launch Bay
2. The Forge
3. The main part of Fort Tarsis (the one in which you are stuck in the first person mode)

You can also access the Launch Bay from the main part of Fort Tarsis. Go to the big gate right of the Forge and the station with your current Javelin - this gate is in the eastern part of the fort.

Here is the list of things you can do in the Launch Bay:

1. Other players are here, too (in their currently equipped Javelins).
2. You can send messages to other players, e.g. to ask them to go with you on an expedition.
3. You can use another Forge here. You don't have to go back to the main part of the fort to change your appearance or equipment.
4. You can visit all kiosks here - kiosk selling resources, kiosk with contracts, kiosk selling cosmetics, vault, Alliance kiosk, and the stall with timed challenges.
5. You can embark on an expedition from here. Reach the opposite end of the bay and jump to the highest floor (see the picture). This is where you can find the spot for starting expeditions.
6. You can leave the bay and go back to the main part of the fort. Do that when, e.g. you have to meet an NPC and have an optional conversation, to start Agent Missions, or continue the main storyline.
